Terms & Conditions — 666h Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 666h ("666h", "the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 666h website located at 666h.org and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 666h platform — including placing any bet, wager, or casino game — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 666h platform and close your account.

666h reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at 666h.org/terms-conditions.

2. Eligibility

1. Age Requirement. The 666h platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Minors are absolutely prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any 666h service. 666h conducts age verification checks and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any user at any time without prior notice.
2. Jurisdictional Compliance. It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of each user to verify that accessing and participating in online gambling activities through 666h is lawful under the laws applicable to their specific location. 666h makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited access the platform at their own risk and accept full legal responsibility for doing so.
3. Right to Refuse Access. 666h reserves the right to refuse service, restrict access, or close any account at its absolute discretion, including where 666h has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user does not meet eligibility requirements or has provided false eligibility information.

3. Account Registration

1. Single Account Policy. Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 666h platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different contact details, or through the use of third parties — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals.
2. Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You must not use false names, fictitious identities, or contact information belonging to third parties. 666h may require documentary verification of any information provided during or after registration.
3. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 666h login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. You must notify 666h support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.
4. Account Currency. All 666h accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion is not available. All deposits, withdrawals, balances, and stake amounts are processed and displayed in PKR.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

1. Accepted Payment Methods. 666h currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. Accepted methods are subject to change at 666h's discretion without prior notice.
2. Own Funds Only. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own legal name. 666h does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits identified as originating from third-party sources will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended.
3. Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at 666h is PKR 200. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
4. Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–4 hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Withdrawals to Pakistani bank accounts may take up to 24 hours. 666h reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
5. Anti-Money Laundering. 666h operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. 666h reserves the right to place holds on, delay, or refuse any withdrawal it has reasonable grounds to suspect is connected to suspicious, fraudulent, or unlawful financial activity. All such cases may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

1. Acceptance of Bets. 666h reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including in cases where odds were published in error, where the integrity of an event is in question, or where system errors have occurred.
2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and are subject to change.
3. Voided Events. In the event that a sporting fixture is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned without the required minimum number of minutes/overs/rounds being completed, 666h applies its standard settlement rules as outlined within the Sports Betting Rules applicable to each sport. Stakes on voided events are typically returned to the player's account.
4. Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error affecting a game or betting market, 666h reserves the right to void the affected rounds or bets and return stakes to players. 666h accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

1. Eligibility. All promotions and bonus offers at 666h are subject to individual promotion terms, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits while a bonus is active.
2. Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of any outstanding bonus balance.
3. Bonus Abuse. 666h actively monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising variance, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, and collusion between players. Where bonus abuse is identified, 666h reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse winnings derived from abused bonuses, and close the relevant account.
4. One Welcome Bonus. Welcome bonuses and new player offers are available to each eligible new 666h account only once. They cannot be reclaimed through closing and re-opening an account.

7. Responsible Gaming

666h is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered 666h users free of charge via the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when a specified duration of active play has elapsed.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying time elapsed and net session outcome.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your 666h account. Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately and are not reversed except following a mandatory minimum exclusion period of 6 months and a written request from the account holder.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering or maintaining more than one 666h account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to access, scrape, or interact with the 666h platform
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through 666h
• Using 666h for money laundering, structuring, or any other illegal financial activity
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or poker format
• Charging back deposits made to your 666h account after corresponding funds have been used in gaming activity

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 666h platform — including but not limited to the 666h name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, images, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of 666h or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 666h platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content from the 666h platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, transmitted, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 666h.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 666h, its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable to any user for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 666h platform or its Services.

666h does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, force majeure events, and circumstances beyond 666h's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability for which 666h accepts no liability.

Gambling involves financial risk. 666h does not guarantee any specific outcome or profit from use of its betting or casino services. Any financial losses incurred through use of the 666h platform are the sole responsibility of the user.

11. Privacy and Data

Your personal data is collected, processed, and stored by 666h in accordance with the 666h Privacy Policy available at 666h.org/privacy-policy. By registering a 666h account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read together with them.

12. Amendments to These Terms

666h reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 666h will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users through the platform or via the registered contact details on file. Continued use of the 666h platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 666h platform, you agree to first contact the 666h support team to seek resolution through the platform's internal complaints process before pursuing any external remedy.

666h's decisions on sporting event settlements, game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account actions are final and binding where made in good faith in accordance with these Terms. 666h will use reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
